My name is Stacy Williams. I am a psychiatric nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration. I have spent my career caring for some of the most vulnerable patients in our healthcare system across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and forensic settings.

I served as a frontline travel nurse during the COVID-19 pandemic, deploying across the country when hospitals were overwhelmed and patients needed care.

This blog is my voice. I write about healthcare policy, nursing advocacy, mental health, wellness, and the human experiences that connect us all. I believe nurses have a powerful story to tell — and I intend to tell it.
